Kerry Kennedy, the daughter of Robert F. Kennedy and brother of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., today slammed her sibling’s independent run for president.
“Bobby might share the same name as our father, but he does not share the same values, vision or judgment,” Kerry Kennedy wrote on Twitter. “Today’s announcement is deeply saddening for us. We denounce his candidacy and believe it to be perilous for our country.”

She added her brother’s run against Joe Biden “is dangerous to our country.”
RFK Jr. has displayed an independent streak, criticizing vaccine mandates and most recently, Hillary Clinton’s comments about Trump supporters.
At an announcement in Philadelphia, Kennedy said, “I am here to declare myself an independent candidate.”
