“I think this is a great opportunity for our candidates to contrast where Republicans have stood with Israel time and time again and Joe Biden has been weak,” McDaniel said on Fox News on Saturday.
MORE NEWS: Peter Meijer withdraws from U.S. Senate race
McDaniel’s political analysis came as Hamas terrorist forces attacked civilians, killing seniors at a bus stop and abducting and killing an apparent German citizen in Israel for a music festival.
Jewish News Syndicate reported at least 400 Israelis had been killed, while another 1,900 had been wounded.

Exactly why she should have never been re elected as leader of the party Eventually that Romney DNA shines through
“The Jews will not replace us.” – Republican protesters.
you spelled “a handful of freakish neo-Nazi skinheads who have no affiliation to the GOP” wrong.
Those were actually FBI paid actors. Please try to keep up.
What about all the Palestinians that have been killed. Everyone wants to talk about the less than 1000 Israelis killed over the past 20 years or so, most of whom were soldiers. But you wont talk about the 4000 Palestinian civilians, some of whom were fighters, that have been killed. Then throw on the indiscriminate killing of civilians in other border countries, due to “collateral damage”. We have funded the killing and attempted genocide of these people who are literally imprisoned in their own occupied territory. Now Israel has cut off power, and water to almost all of Gaza, while planning an attack that will likely kill 1000s and level the area. We should not be funding the Israelis. Our government is actively aiding and funding the persecution of 2million innocents caught in a cross fire. Then this lady says it’s a good thing for Republicans. Both Republicans and Democrats are evil, monstrous, imperialists.
What do you propose Israel does? And how many of the Palestinian deaths you think are the result of the Palestinians using them as shields?
Palestine, a nation that is the son of whoredom, Ishmael was never the son of promise. This is the result of what happens when a man gets ahead of God’s plan. For all the good that Abraham did, this mistake has and will divide the world.
Wow, what are you on?
they shoulda thought of that before they decided to kidnap, rape, and murder innocent Israeli women and children.
Who is they? What should “they”’ have thought? Where is the evidence of rape?
Palestinians would be Ettinger killed if they would peacefully coexist with Isreal. That’s a no brainer.
Tristen B-S, when you live next to a hornet’s nest, the logical thing to do is to take down the hornet’s nest. Israel should take a cue from biblical times and destroy every man, woman and child in Gaza & West Bank. Only then will there be peace in the Middle East, minus your whining about genocide.
Don’t kill women and children. In fact dint kill any civilians.
Why do we continue blaming the Palestinians?
It’s their land.
It’s been their lands since day one, centuries ago.
The British negotiated this small piece of land just after WWII.
Because of their desire to be close to Mount Sinai.
AND…the Isrealis built a wall and they have slowly taken more land driving out the Palestinians with the excuse of preventing terrorism and “farming”!
Please do not misunderstand I feel very very bad for what has been a constant tit for tat. Now it’s gone past the breaking point.
STOP !!! FOR THE LOVE AND LIVES OF MANKIND. PLEASE!! ENOUGH !!!
WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE MEN THAT CAN’T FIGURE THINGS OUT?
WOMAN ARE TOLD TO KEEP QUIET!
WE SUFFER SILENTLY TO PROTECT OUR FAMILIES AND ESPECIALLY OUR CHILDREN.
ENOUGH. ENOUGH, ENOUGH FOR THE SURVIVAL OF PEACE.
THEY
My, my, my! Aren’t you ‘special’!!!
I’m sure it “simply-slipped YourMind” that the Israel has been the “promised-land OfG-d” for HIS “chosen People” – “the Jews” – (who have existed in OUR “holy Land” given to the Jews) FROM THE BEGINNING!
You can try to ignore the FACT that G-d loves you DESPITE the FACT that “your-opinion IsWrong! – BUT you cannot dispute the “archeological Evidence” PROVING “the Land” of the L-rd BELONGS to His “chosen People” – “the Jews!”
Before the mid 50’s the Palestinians were an unknown nomadic people that no-one knew of. If you say I’m wrong please tell who was their leader, where was the capital or what kind of government did they have?
The other neighboring want to champion there cause as long as Israel pays the price.
The have crossed the line in the sand with with the talking of civilians for ransom. They have given Israel the right to remove them from the map. No food, No water ,No gas, nothing into Gaza.
They lost the war in ’67. And their next attempt in ’73.
Israel drove the invaders back into the sea.
It is CONQUERED territory. It is now israel.
God is with Isreal. Isreal has always been at war but was victorious each and every time. They don’t pussy foot around.
To be against Isreal is to be against God. They are his chosen people. They will prevail.
It’s fun to fabricate history, huh? GTFO. Your unhinging at the end of your post is all anyone needs to see that you’re on the wrong side. Palestinians are rapist murderers who lost their land in a fair fight. They’ve been pissed for 70 years and have done unspeakable things to Israelis. Victim blaming at it’s zenith.
This wan an un-provoked attempted genocide. Isreal would be justified in Killing all 2.3 million Palestinians in Palestine and taking back the territory to ensure this never happens again. Whit is more. Israel has the military capabilities to do this if the world does not stop them…. But they likely wont, they have always been too kind to Palestine.
You’re sick.
Hamas is dumb. This is going to result in more death and destruction of their people. They are being played by the Mullahs in Iran who are only using them as a pawn piece in their proxy war against Saudi-Israeli relations. The Mullahs don’t really care about the Palestinian plight. Actually, none of the Islamic countries in the Middle East, or anywhere else for that matter, really care about the Palestinians. The Palestinian people are also being played by Hamas, who really don’t want a stable Palestinian state with competent leadership as it would make them redundant. The Palestinians could be living in a modern, attractive Mediterranean riviera if not for the stupidity of following goat fuckers like Hamas. If not for Hamas, the world would pour billions into Gaza. It would become a hot spot for tourism and investment. But their hate of the Israeli bogeyman is bigger than their desire for peace and stability. And don’t try and play the moral equivalency game as it’s a red herring. The UN offered independent states to both the Jews and Palestinians. The Jews said yes, while the Palestinians said no and attacked the Jews along with the surrounding countries. So, is Israel as innocent and pure as the driven snow? Of course not, but they aren’t the ones calling for the complete extermination of a people. Heck, there are Israeli Arabs in Knesset. Israeli is at least trying to be a multi cultural accepting country.
Your: “But you wont talk about the 4000 Palestinian civilians, some of whom were fighters, that have been killed.” is like the bs line “70% of all lottery winners go bankrupt within x years of winning.”
Theres just NOTHING to back it up. No proof whatsoever.
Anyone in gaza is the enemy now.
The same civilians that were cheering the trucks carrying the hostages and dead back into Gaza are far from innocent.
Hamas are willfully hidden by the “innocent” and they will and should pay the price.
forget the politics. how dare you suggest that what is happening in gaza is the responsibility of israel or the us. these are barbaric monsters who raped and murdered innocent civilians. “collateral damage,” as you call them, are the victims of hamas’ oppression, corruption and pawning of their bodies as shields. there is no acceptable response here other than condemning these monsters. anything else is terrorist support and antisemitism.
A healthy Palestine doesn’t create a group like Hamas. Israel, Great Britain, and the United States are all at fault for what is happening. Bibi funded the rise of Hamas in Palestine.
Opportunity ? Shows why their soul is .
Of course there’s a “Contrast”…. Easing oil sanctions on Iran to earn the money for this expensive massacre…sold to China @ $45/bbl under DJT (couldn’t afford this massacre)///After easing from Biden..$100/bbl…now flush with cash….Money is FUNGIBLE…Ledger move knowing $6 billion in the bag (plus other money the Central Bank hacd previously released.to Palestinians that went straight to Hamas) ..frees up other funds….a 6th grader can figure that out…..use your head man and stop swallowing the propaganda CNN and MSNBC feeds you…..Follow the Money..you won’t …afraid of what you will discover….time to be an American first for once , and a politico lastly….
Iran actually hasn’t gotten any of the money—which is theirs—yet, but keep on swallowing your Fox and QAnon propaganda.
Clearly, you didnt read what she actually said
Why would she make such a stupid statement outloud? She’s a Romney, of course.
So people getting killed in Israel and Palestine is seen as an opportunity? Shame on you Rona.
Misleading headlines….nice try though….
Republicans are so disgusting and cringe.
What a sick way of thinking. Rona Romney McDaniel needs to go the way of her Uncle Mitt and former Speaker McCarthy. Be GONE.
Great opportunity. What if her family were killed, kidnapped.
What a terrible thing to say
of course this is the first thing they would think of. Who was it that said “never let a good tragedy go to waste”. Tables are turned and I recall seeing a bunch of maga idiots chanting jews won’t replace us not long ago. the gop is a dysfunctional mess and the world is paying attention. Get your act together and fund Ukraine, worry about now, not the next election
Oh, shame on you, ronna.
Youre no better than hitlary clinton!
What fake news! The headline and first paragraph falsely state what she said.
That’s repulsive, trying to score political points off a terrorist attack.
Ugggghhh ….. the ugliness just shines from her
Remember it’s the Obama camp that wanted to give the terrorists all this cash. Enjoy living in a world Democrats created.
Oh my God she didn’t really say that? Thousands being killed, kidnapped and maimed and she sees it as a great opportunity? She should be removed from any leadership role in the RNC immediately. Reason for dismissal Total stupidity.
I can’t believe that people who are supposed to be smart, really aren’t. They say the dumbest things and then they double down on it. GOP get rid of her ASAP.
Your first sentence is correct- she really didn’t say that.
I don’t see the words “good thing” anywhere in McDaniel’s statements, let alone any reference to Hamas’ butchery of Israeli civilians as something positive for Republicans to use to their advantage. That is the sole construction of the DNC and their parrot Kyle Olson. McDaniel’s states in her interview that a Republican candidate’s condemnation of Hamas is a “great opportunity” to highlight the contrast of their current AND historical unwavering defense of the life of the Jewish State of Israel, with Joe Biden’s current AND historical undermining of Israel’s defense and unwavering political and financial support of its terrorist enemies. But Biden’s State Department already has made this contrast perfectly clear while Hamas was still performing its criminal atrocities with an immediate statement ordering Israel not to respond, and further with Antony Blinken’s alignment with Israel’s enemy Turkey Sunday night calling for an immediate ceasefire (just like The Squad) to prevent Israel from conducting a just and deserved response to such abominable evil.
