President Joe Biden called a “lid” four hours after a suspected terrorist attack Wednesday.
Biden’s office issued the “lid,” press jargon indicating there will be no more news for the day and reporters can go home, at 3:34 p.m.

“A lid was just called. Happy Thanksgiving eve to one and all,” the notice read as Biden was on vacation in Nantucket.
That was over four hours after a car slammed into the Rainbow Bridge and exploded near the U.S.-Canada border. The time stamp on the surveillance video indicated that occurred at 11:22 a.m.

The Daily Mail reported that time, as well. Numerous outlets described the incident as a terrorist attack.
Other video showed a car flying through the air at a high rate of speed:

The FBI said its Buffalo Field Office is “investigating a vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge, a border crossing between the U.S. and Canada in Niagara Falls. The FBI is coordinating with our local, state, and federal law enforcement partners in this investigation. As this situation is very fluid, that’s all we can say at this time.”
