Vice President Kamala Harris posted a picture Thursday intending to show she loves her husband. Instead, she showed she’s a hypocrite.
Harris’s photo showed her and husband Doug Emhoff at the stove with items of their Thanksgiving meal on display. A gas stove, that is:

Just months ago, the Biden administration floated the idea of banning gas stoves.
Bloomberg reported in January:
A federal agency says a ban on gas stoves is on the table amid rising concern about harmful indoor air pollutants emitted by the appliances.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission plans to take action to address the pollution, which can cause health and respiratory problems.
“This is a hidden hazard,” Richard Trumka Jr., an agency commissioner, told the outlet. “Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.”
“The federal government has no business telling American families how to cook their dinner. I can tell you the last thing that would ever leave my house is the gas stove that we cook on,” U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) said, according to the American Energy Alliance, which fought the ban.
After the idea blew up in his face, Trumka said, “To be clear, C.P.S.C. isn’t coming for anyone’s gas stoves,” claiming any bans would apply to “new products.”
