J.R. Majewski, an Ohio congressional candidate who lost in 2022 despite an endorsement from President Donald Trump, made an appearance on the “Trifecta Hour” podcast last week that garnered just 91 views, according to a review YouTube video one week later this morning.

The candidate, who has yet be endorsed by Trump this time around, but has earned the support of several of his close allies, did incalculable damage to his candidacy when far-left outlet Heartland Signal promoted Majewski’s comments about Special Olympics athletes.

“Shout out to all the Democrats living in mom’s basement, that like to talk shit on the internet,” told the group in the low-budget podcast while wearing a Trump sweatshirt.

“It’s like being in the Special Olympics. No matter how good you perform, you’re still a fucking retard.”

Majewski was met with laughs and stunned responses after the comment.

“Yeah, that’s gonna get clipped and ran against me in the general election,” he added.

He lost to U.S. Rep. Marcy Captur (D) in 2022 by 13 points.

Majewski’s comments just weeks before the March 19 primary, where he is facing off against state Rep. Derek Merrin, former state Rep. Craig Riedel, and businessman Steve Lankenau, according to the Sandusky Register. The paper reported Majewski has about one-quarter of the funds Riedel has on hand.
