Online sleuths have identified a TikTok user who encouraged followers to “shoot at ICE agents on sight” as Warren real estate agent Belal Qureshi.
“TikToker who encourage people to shoot at ICE agents is Belal Qureshi, a real estate agent in Michigan,” one X user recently posted, along with a clip of the TikTok tirade and Qureshi’s Amin Realty bio.

The roughly one-minute video, which has since been deleted by TikTok user @belal_donq, features a Middle Eastern man offering his advice for folks confronted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement amid the largest deportation effort in U.S. history.
“Shoot at ICE agents on sight,” @belal_donq told his followers. “That’s right. If ICE agents are trying to take you or a loved one, shoot them on sight.
“The way they’re pulling up with masks on, with unmarked vehicles, no badge, no nothing, it could be anybody. It could be gang members. You have every right to shoot at them,” the man said. “This would be the best self-defense case. You’re just in fear of your life. You don’t know who’s behind that unmarked vehicle or who’s behind that mask.”

The video continues with @belal_donq complaining about the “ridiculous” ICE raids and berating ICE agents working to remove illegal immigrants.
“Why would you want to be an ICE agent anyway?” @belal_donq questioned. “Do you like separating kids from their parents? Do you like deporting students that are studying?”
“The way these ICE agents are pulling up with masks on, unmarked vehicles, they are pulling up like gang members, they are pulling up like the mafia,” he said. “You mind as well shoot them on site and have your day in court.”
The TikTok post immediately generate backlash online and was removed on Sunday, the same day it caught the attention of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

“If you threaten or attempt to harm a law enforcement officer we will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” Noem posted to X, linking to another post with the clip that tagged FBI Director Kash Patel.
The TikToK video also prompted a strong rebuke from National Border Patrol Council Vice President Hector Garcia, who told Fox News “this kind of rhetoric is not only dangerous, it incites real-world violence and undermines the rule of law.
“Our agents risk their lives every day to protect this country, and they deserve to do their jobs without fear of being targeted simply for wearing a uniform,” Garcia said. “The National Boarder Patrol Council unequivocally condemns any form of violence or threats directed at federal law enforcement officers, including our colleagues at ICE.”
The controversy comes as ICE continues to repeatedly warn the public against intervening in deportation efforts.

“WARNING: Assaulting an ICE officer is a serious federal crime!” a recent X post read. “You’re already here illegally and facing removal – do you really want to add assaulting a federal officer to the list? Bad move. We WILL prosecute.”
“ICE officers are real people risking their lives to protect the same U.S. communities they and their families live in,” another post read. “Tempers may flare, but violence has consequences.”
